Many people desire to update their home with fabulous décor prior to selling but cannot afford to hire a traditional interior designer. A Royal Décor uses a more in-depth redesign technique to prepare a home for the real estate market. Besides depersonalizing, repurposing, decluttering and neutralizing each room, we will add even more detail that will appeal to your prospective buyers, at a fraction of the cost incurred when hiring a "staging" company.

What To Expext

On the day of the consultation, I will perform a walk-through of the home, consisting of evaluating each room to be redesigned. Upon conclusion of our walk-through, I will provide suggestions in one of two ways:

Verbal Consultation: $50* (1 hour maximum, $50* each additional half hour thereafter)

Verbal and Written Consultation: $100* (2 hour maximum, $50* each additional half hour thereafter and includes a written report within 3 days)

Our Fees

Because most potential buyers know whether they will like or dislike a home within 20 seconds of entering, A Royal Décor strives to make sure the finished product is comfortable, welcoming and beautiful! Our fee is $100.00* (2 hour maximum, $50 each additional half hour thereafter).
